Questions
What happens on a new device, or if I clear my cookies?
Premium is remembered by the browser you paid in. On another device or browser, or after clearing cookies, open Restore access and enter the email you used at payment. We send a one-time link that turns Premium on there. No password, no account.
How do I cancel?
Choose Manage billing on this page in a browser where Premium is active. It opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel, change your card or see invoices. If Premium is not active in this browser, restore access first.
Do I keep access after I cancel?
Yes. Premium stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, then it stops. No further charges.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 7 days of your first payment or of any renewal and we refund that payment in full. Email celyun55@gmail.com from your payment address. The full policy is in the terms.
Is this an official Blizzard site?
No. ForeverGuide is an unofficial fan site and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. Premium pays for this website only. It gives you nothing in the game, and it is not an addon.
What can the AI companion do, and what can it not?
It answers leveling, talent, profession and dungeon questions from our own Forever notes and the public sources behind them, and says so when something has not been announced. Premium also adds AI talent recommendations in the calculator.
It cannot see your character, your account or the live game, and it can be wrong, especially while the beta is still changing. Check anything important against the game. Fair use on Premium is up to 50 questions a day and 900 a month.
Is paying safe?
Payment happens on Stripe's checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store your email, your subscription status and the Stripe customer reference, nothing else about the payment.
