The rules for using ForeverGuide and for Premium, in plain language.

On this page10 sections

In short

  • The free tools need no account and no email.
  • Premium is $7 a month. It renews monthly until you cancel, and stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Ask within 7 days of any payment and we refund it in full. See Refunds.
  • No scripts or bots against the site, and one subscription is for one person.
  • An unofficial fan site, and not an addon. It can be wrong: the game itself always wins.

A summary. The full text below is what applies.

By using ForeverGuide you agree to these terms. If you subscribe to Premium, the subscription and refund sections below are part of your purchase.

Who runs ForeverGuide

ForeverGuide is an independent fan project run by Ryan, an individual based in the United Kingdom. It is not run by, or for, Blizzard Entertainment. For billing questions, refunds or privacy requests, write to us. Email celyun55@gmail.com.

The site

ForeverGuide is a website with planning tools for World of Warcraft: Forever: a talent calculator, a Legacy planner, a name generator, guides, a patch digest and an AI leveling companion. The free tools need no account and no email.

It is a website only. It is not an addon, it does not connect to the game, and it does not automate anything you do in the game.

Premium subscription

  • Price. Premium costs $7 a month. Taxes may be added at checkout where they apply.
  • Payment. Stripe processes the payment on its own checkout page and collects your email there. We never receive your card details.
  • Renewal. The subscription renews every month, on the day you subscribed, until you cancel.
  • Cancelling. Cancel anytime from Manage billing on the pricing page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges. Premium stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Access. There is no account or password. Premium is remembered by the browser you paid in. On another device or browser, or after clearing cookies, use Restore access with your payment email and we send a one-time link.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal fails, Stripe retries it and Premium stays on meanwhile. It turns off if the payment is not collected, and comes back when it is.
  • What you get. The features listed on the pricing page at the time you pay. We may add, change or retire individual tools as the game changes.

Refunds

  • Ask within 7 days of your first payment, or of any renewal, and we refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
  • To ask, write from the email you paid with. Email celyun55@gmail.com.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Premium ends when the refund is made.
  • After 7 days a payment is not refunded, but you can cancel so it does not renew.
  • If you dispute a charge with your bank instead (a chargeback), Premium is suspended while the dispute is open. Writing to us first is faster.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Acceptable use

  • Fair use of the AI. Free browsers get 5 questions a day. Premium is under fair use: up to 50 questions a day and 900 a month. The daily counts reset at 00:00 UTC, the monthly count on the 1st of each month.
  • No scraping or automation. Do not use scripts, bots or bulk requests against the site or the companion, and do not try to get around the limits.
  • One subscription, one person. Premium is for you. Do not share restore links or resell access.
  • Play fair. Do not use ForeverGuide for gold selling, boosting, GDKP runs, botting or anything else that breaks Blizzard's rules.

We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Player reports

On the contribute page you can tell us what you saw in the game: an auction price, a boss drop, a quest or a mistake on a page. No account is needed.

  • Send only what you saw yourself, or what a public source says. Give the day you saw it or a public link. Do not send anything taken out of the game client or its files.
  • We review every report. We may edit it, reject it or remove it, and we are not obliged to use it.
  • You let us use it. By sending a report you give us permission to use, edit and publish what is in it on ForeverGuide, without payment.

What we store with a report, and for how long, is on the privacy page.

The AI companion

The companion writes answers with a language model, using our own Forever notes as its source. It cannot see your character or the live game, and it can be wrong. Treat its answers as planning help and check anything important in the game.

Fan site and trademarks

ForeverGuide is an unofficial fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and related names and marks belong to Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and are used here only to name the game we write about. See the disclaimer.

The site's own design, painted icons and written guides belong to ForeverGuide. Other icons are credited on the credits page. Names you generate and builds you plan are yours to use.

Accuracy and liability

We work from public announcements, beta coverage and community data, and we mark what is not confirmed. The game can change and we can be wrong. Official patch notes and the game itself always win.

The site is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on it. How you play is your call.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we update the date at the top of this page. A change to the Premium price never applies to a period you have already paid for.
