Blizzard has changed the routing it controls after a laggy first few days.
- In the first couple of days it affected movement, interaction and staying connected.
- Remaining problems can sit with an ISP, an upstream route or local firewall software.
- Launch regions stay separate, and the 4 Nov launch time is unchanged.
Unconfirmed whether every tester's connection is fixed.
