Windshaper Skyborne were stuck on this quest in beta, and the latest hotfix looks like it worked.
- A Firm Response is a Windshaper Skyborne quest on Zephras Isle.
- The event stuck after you talked to Belathaan Brightwish near the Shrine of Akir, once Lorthuna spawned.
- An earlier fix did not work. Kaivax says the 21 Sep fix looks like it worked, and testers are completing the quest.
Unconfirmed rewards, experience and the rest of the Zephras quest list.
