Night Elf Priests: the talent should apply to Starshards, and a fix is tagged.
- Starshards is the Night Elf Priest racial.
- Twilight Focus gives a chance to avoid interruption while casting. It is not a damage bonus.
- Kaivax tagged the bug as fixed in the next beta build.
Unconfirmed whether that build has shipped.
