Gadgetzan reputation now buys a cosmetic helm.
- Stolen Wastewander Cowl is cosmetic-only. It is on the Gadgetzan reputation vendor at Revered for 10.
- If transmog is off, it is only a collection item.
- A later Icy Veins note names four more Steamwheedle helms, priced separately from the cowl's 10.
Unconfirmed what the 10 is paid in, since the coin icon is not spelled out, and the vendor's name.
