Azeroth Commerce Authority NPCs sell six new Cooking smoothie recipes that grant Spirit.
- Each smoothie grants Spirit, in varying amounts, from materials already in vanilla.
- Well Fed also gives an experience increase, which the writeup says is on all Forever food.
- Unlike the primary crafting professions, the Cooking vendor does not sell a title item.
Unconfirmed the recipe names, the Spirit amounts and the size of the experience increase.
